LBS UNIT NAV in realtime - approx; $19.29
Showing a gain of 23 cents since the update , and after distributions , the common shares would be valued @ $9.19 , so last sale @ $8.51 produces a discount of 68 cents. or about 7.4%.

LBS unit nav to April 29 = approx; $19.23
Showing a gain of about 27 cents since APRIL 24. Common are valued at $9.13 after distributions are factored in.

LBS unit nav to April 28 = approx; $19.07 before dist.
LBS only paying to commons this coming month so LBS shares are worth about 8.97 today. It is discounted about 33 cents AFTER dist. with the close @ $8.64. Yield is 13.89 % today at the close.

Brompton reports UNIT NAV @ $18.96 april 24
Showing a gain very close to the spreadsheet. After distributions to commons the discount would be about 37 cents.

LBS unit nav on realtime @ $18.90
So had a look this morning and LBS one of the split funds commons in the red. Obviously value and safety are NOT a big issue these days. Last sale at 8.43 means the Commons are trading at a discount

Spreadsheet showing a gain of 17 cents since the updated number to April 15. Last sale @$8.31 leaves a 29 cent discount before dist.

LBS unit nav to April 17 = approx: $18.44
Showing a gain of 70 cents in the past week, since Apirl 10... COmmons would be valued @ approx: $8.44 or so before taking into account prorated preferreds.

Showing a gain of 64 cents in my spreadsheet .. and having a good week so far. I find it strange that it dropped 17 cents today.. as it is at a discount, with the last trade @$8.16. Yield is 14.4

LBS unit nav to April 3 = approx: 19.45 before dist.
Brompton may take the dist. off for commons ( and maybe even preferreds ) this week, but not sure on that. LBS also paying to preferreds this month so another 18 cents off the UNIT NAV

LBS unit nav in realtime @ approx: $19.80 before dist.
So commons now carry a value of $9.70, not taking into account the preferreds shares prorated. Last trade @ $8.58 means the common discount is about $1.12 or about 11.5%.

But we see the strength in having the lifecos big weightings. Today 1 bank of 6 up , and all 4 lifecos in green.

Brompton reports LBS @ $19.61
SO my estimate was a penny high, as i had it just under $19.62, so appears they did not average it up.. or went to more cash with distributios on tap a few weeks away.
