Who is selling? They just fired CEO & CFO & Board Member without any explanation!

Who not why. Not selling . Neither is TWM or AIMCO as far as I know. I would be inclined to change management too if they failed to keep the price of LCFS at a decent level. The spin out flopped.

Don't think you can blame Colcleugh for this failed spinoff. And why did they confirm him just in November? Until they disclose the real reason for sacking him and CFO, I am cautious, at least want to wait until earnings announcement on March 14 and get some more clarity. How can AIMCO sell, there is no exit possibility at this time.

Colceugh was there when the decision was made at the begining . If I am not mistaken. Also loading the company with debt and forcing dilution and then selling stuff with no improvement on stock price is kind of fatal for management.

That was prior management, loading with debt and surprise dilution, that was why Colcleugh replaced the prior CEO. I agree, he was on the board and involved in all of this. None of this explains why CFO and a board member left, too, no thank you for your services, no explanation.

Unless there are some skeletons in the closet we don't know about, what matters is operational and financial performance of HDRD and on March 14 we will get an update with Q4 results.
