The beating will continue.

Solid beat .......again. Scotia : -0.30 cents . Actual: +0.13 cents.
Smells fishy. HDRD is the LAST thing they would close down. Very cold nights up there now.
CARB credits :$80 US/TON. Diesel is cheap but storage is LOW. Change in California starting Jan 1.
Tidewater (combined) WILL build the 6000+ barrel per day SAF plant. IMO I have almost NO doubt about it. BC will pay LCFS credits for ALL of it.
Going concern? .......joking?

"overall the winters on the coast are fairly mild. The local winter diesel blend may be 80% of the No.2 diesel, and 20% of the No.1 diesel. But – if you are in Prince George for example, the winter diesel blend may be different – possibly only 50% of the No.2 diesel is used and 50% of the No.1 diesel is required to help maintain proper fuel flow while dealing with the much lower winter temperatures.

Diesel in California went DOWN a penny since the CARB decision last Friday. Bellyaching about $5  a gallon when BC sells for $7. HDRD the only thing making money for Tidewater inc. Even made a small profit without the $12 million LCFS payments. Now the bank loan is gone maybe another $10 million to the top line this qtr.
