This means that Largo has already been approved for listing by Nasdaq. The filing of Form 40-F 12(b) is a just routine US SEC requirement. “A security approved for listing by Nasdaq must be registered under Section 12(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 before it can be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market" Imho, Largo will start its official listing on Nasdaq by next week
