SP vs Book Value

Based on Yahoo Finance, Largo’s Book Value per share = US$3.11.

When the share price is lower than the book value, it is an indication that the markets don't think that the company's assets can generate cash/growth. The new pre-feasibility report demonstrates that the company’s assets can generate 1.1 billion US$ after-tax NPV if Largo is willing to invest about + half a billion US$. In a sense the new report reflects the old pre-feasibility report issued in Oct 2021 ( which showed a $2.0 Billion After-Tax NPV) albeit with a 7 years delay due to Arias vision which focused on energy storage instead of developing TiO2 pigment as a co-product.  So, I don’t think we will see LGO traded below its book value anymore.
