LIf Kind of harsh

What are the reasons stock is down so  so much. Divy should be $1.00 per qtr this year and IOC operating company has a bit of growth initiative with their cap ex and possibly higher volumes.
Management change seems irrelevent to me although RBC down graded to sector perform but increased their target price.

Iron ore pellet prices are down slightly from peak but should average much higher than last year.
Long bond yields  are off theiir peak so rates not likely the issue.
