I'm not sure, I remember one conference call when we had to wait for 20 min. as someone was trying to get on the board and all he got was 2,000,000 votes Tony got 182,000,000 as that is what was in the house. I'm not ure is somebody trying to get on the board or is something up. I'm not sure.I'm trying to find last minutes for board of directors voting.

Appears that they are making it harder( More bureacratic and seemingly requiring earlier notices to the company of planned nominations). Gone are the good old days when someone could make a nomination at the annual meeting. Seems to make it easier for current board members to stay on the b of d without competition.
