Positive news , good vol. , hardly moves ??

Over 3 M shares today so far  and moves a couple of cents. You gotta wonder.  Gold is down but market is being very cautious on any beaten up jr. golds and is not giving respect to good news. They will eventually but by then buyers will be kicking themsleves for not getting in earlier like right now.
Looks liike the future is very bright and the smart money has been buying from 50.35 to this high 50's , low 60's cent range,.
My opinion only but its so obvious that LSG is being kept supressed , at least for now.
