well stated Eagle. We have been here too long to be satisfied with $1.71 given LSG's long progressive list of press releases. This company continues to expand ( its value ) and to peg a take out price of $1.71 is undercutting its worth. I  wont support our board on this come vote time Signed, a small time holder
