the more important question here might be, who and why would someone dump the paper at these levels ? I missed this trade was it on TSX or one of the ATS's ? and curiously my charting software is not picking up the volume.

If I remember correctly it was through ATS Omega. It wasn't the TSX board anyway.

I can't see it in volume either. Anyway it sure boosted the price. There's that old saying that goes - there are hundreds of reasons to sell but only one reason to buy.
