In this podcast Eira says that Clara is as important to Lucara as the mining operation is. To me that says of equal value. It could be as important if it had managed to get the sellers that it hoped for on board but that hasn't happened . I haven't a clue to its value . Eiras opinion regarding  Clara was always somewhat coloured  for obvious reasons.
