Vicuna is a joint venture which holds the Filo del Sol project and the Josemaria project, located along the Chile-Argentina border.

The market has taken down LUN's market cap by more than the value of the takeover. As if LUN were paying $600M for JOSE and getting nothing, or rather getting something with negative value.&
