Anyone selling at this point is selling themselves short. This is finally coppers time to shine and Marimaca along with it. Run the numbers on the Marimaca oxide deposit at $4.00 copper. There will be a buyout on just the oxide deposit alone at $10.00 plus. A couple good drill results at we are $15.00 or higher.

There is no doubt copper prices are increasing our NPV substantially, roughly $20mil US every nickle copper rises.  I'd be shocked if we don't hit solid sulphide grades at MOD with almost identical scenarios at Mercedes and Cindy!

They will when they drill deeper. Oxide on top and sulphides below.

Yes indeed.  I think the oxide horizon is around 250/300m.  They had some great sulphide hits previously, which finished in mineralization. So hopefully they have some good guidence on where to target from these.

The structural conduits at the Marimaca Copper Project are regionally extensive. The four large scale magnetic anomalies identified, are believed to be prospective for Marimaca Copper Project style deposits. All are similar size to, or larger than, the Marimaca Copper Project Sulphide target (175 million3). All targets are adjacent to key regional structures which are believed to control ...more

Yes.  I think these new oxide targets are move important and exciting than the Marimaca sulphide. Which is still good.

Endgamer, you stated that you just bought MARI. Do you play penny stocks? The reason I ask is that my theory on Mari trading is. Once they did the split 1 for 25. We don’t get penny players buying anymore. The penny players would have pushed the price thru the roof with the new drilling program and the price of copper on fire.   I see lots of 100 , 200 shares being traded. I would take a wild ...more

In the past I've purchased a few uranium penny stocks. I'm here because of the huge potential. it's easy to see thanks to all the great exploration work that has been completed. GL

Personally I think all the penny stock investors are long gone. Before we got through $2.00. If this was still a penny stock we wouldn't be where we are now. People just won't invest, no matter how good things look, if you have 10% spread between your bid and ask. Market just doesn't function.  Makes it impossible to invest. As we saw before.

I really don't see what all the fuss is about. 3/4 weeks ago we could all have been buying as much stock as we liked at around $3.00 / $3.20. We are told that the deal was negotiate at a premium. I have no reason to distrust this. If you look at the price chart over the last number of weeks that makes sense. They would have had to lodged the paperwork with the TSX a week or two ago, and ...more

Respectfully I think your missing the point here. There was a major block at $3.50 for sometime not to mention how advantageous the financing deals have been structured for Greenstone and Tembo.  There is lots of money out there, especially if this project is as good as they are leading to. Repressed share price equals more dilution which in turn is money directly out of my pocket.  ...more

I see things simply. The company needed money, and this new shareholder and the old guys provided it. The other option is doing something lead by the brokers. I think those guys play far more games than anyone else. As someone else said, I think the market now knows the company doesn't need money. And that has without doubt had a positive effect on the share price. Very happy to see it.   ...more
