NPV

Does anybody know if they released a new NPV with the new Updated Mineral Resource Estimation???

Nothing official from the company. But I've had a few folks smarter than me run the numbers.  Concerns comes consistently above US 1B using NPV 8. With all the warrants about to expire there will be about 96m shares outstanding.  Figure buyout at 75% of NPV gives a CAD share price at buyout of $10.15 Just need to be patient

Can you elaborate more about the warrants that are about to expire? Maybe that can justify or allow for some speculation as to the current price and trading patterns?

Warrants have an exercise price of C$4.10 per warrant and expire on December 3, 2022. (3) Broker Warrants have an exercise price of C$3.15 per warrant and expire on December 3, 2022. 11m warrants.  Likely have been having a depressive influence on the stock price

So is it possible that there is downward pressure on the stock in order to allow the warrants to expire and not be exercised?
Comment by grossmrkup on Nov 30, 2022 4:29pm
Well, more likely that no one would want to bid the price up past $4 because people would excercise their warrants and then dump.  So for sure it was going to be hard to push the share price past that level. Lets see what happens after they expire and the company starts marketing again. g

Its also $30-$40 million less in the company coffers if they had been exercised.  Will have to be replaced at some point, that could be keeping the stock down.  Dilution thru a share raise at a lower price.  It won't stay low forever, sooner or later this story will get out and someone will see the value of this project.

The company is fully funded through DFS.  So no need to raise funds any time in 2023.  Personally I think we will be bought out before the end of next year.

NPV is for MOD only. Be curious to know what value is placed on surrounding properties. We know there's copper there.
