Manulife a good investment?

I have had the unfortunate experience of being a manulife customer.  Manulife is great at taking your money, but if you want to transfer out to another institution forget it..I have had two expereinces with different accounts..one took 2 months for them to close it and get a cheque out to my new institution after dealing with approximately 6 different customer service reps.  My second account transfer is still in process, granted i am only 6 weeks into my transfer process and only had to deal with 4 different reps so far to follow up on my request so maybe I shouldnt get too worked up just yet until I have to deal with more than 6 reps, although the last one i spoke to confirmed that actually NOTHING had been done to action the request in the last 3 weeks so we may be looking at an entirely new record

So before anyone invests in this management team, I challenge you to try and do something as simple as a funds tansfer and see if they can handle it...they can't.
