is this almost 10% annual yield sustainable? Will price continue to fall ?

First of all I wouldn't say it's been falling prices for 10+ years.  It has actually been up and down with a few dips into the low/mid $4's but always rebounding and sometimes jumping into the 6's and low 7's.  It always seems to want to settle around the $5 mark.

This is an investment income fund.  They derive their income from passive investments so as long as their investments keep paying dividends they will keep paying dividends.  Trailing 12 months they earned almost $1 per unit.  They are paying out $0.48 per unit.  So yes, I'd say this is sustainable until everyone else stops paying.

Cheers.
