This stock is doomed! You should read the financial report, it explains in there, difficult to understand though but the dividend will decrease every year for perpetuity or until the expenses

By analyzing past dividend dates on MKZ, it appears that they declare dividends on the day before 'two full trading days before December 31', so, this year, they should declare dividends on 28
