2021 We are looking for news to increase exploration in the MOZ zone. Best in Class leader, giving NFLD a new resource at least one of the Best In Canada looks good. More companies will be in to descover . Looks good!

why don't you old ladies put your knitting needles down for a few minutes a day and just check your inboxes without being prompted. as mentioned, memories of Gammon Lake Resources - he11 even EET or MOZ.  Wild west stuff.  Newman would have to have triple wrapped the hat back then. tC

Finally sold my allotment that i had slated for 2.62 - and instead of 10K - just 7K at the open today (now revised to selling $20K at a time).  Partly for tax purposes as i completely expect to sell all of my remaining shares in 2021.  Next up 3.20's??? So this year's christmas present to the board is that i will not be on here by next Christmas!  Actually would like to be ...more

I would like to sell my holdings in 2021 my target has been reached and surpassed with the shares recently purchased. Assuming the resource sector does as well as expected mergers should and will be in the cards. I would prefer Marthon build their mine vs takover but one never knows. The however is? The resource sector especially Au/Ag may rocket to new heights this year especially Jrs. with ...more

Probably been here longer than anyone (1993 approx), eventually made about 250% and have been selling in the past couple of months for 2 reasons. I have retained 20% of my holdings. 1. MOZ may go up another 20-30% but some recent takeovers have been at a smaller premium or else for shares in acquiring company. I believe I can do better with potential multi-baggers I have in mind. 2. There is a ...more

I’ve been here since about 1998. Anyone have a good idea of how likely the cap gains tax change is?

We won't know until the next budget in March 2021. All speculation for now but I would expect some pain.   I can only rely on what my accounting frim tells me. One thing my accountant mentioned as speculation and being a senior is that the OAS and CPP could be viewed as a potentiall source of revenue for people who earn the maximum amount allowable or have high net worth. They could focus ...more

Only the cabinet and Finance ministry know. Many options including increasing income taxes, increased HST, no longer exempting private residence from capital gains, or most likely increasing inclusion rate on stock capital gains. Every one has their own strategy mine was to sell most of my stocks and re-purchase those I feel confident about....this may not be worth it if you are early in your ...more

TRIKEN. It is very difficult to pick a winner. I don't know what stoks you refer? Walford and Sherry did wel for Marathon PGM and now Manson has put a great team in place which I was skeptical about when Walford and Sherry left. I doubted him, however with F.N.. onboard MOZ looks good and instituional holders increased. At today's returns over years you did OK with 8%. I won't brag I ...more

Triken. I was shut out, eleminated, suspended from the BOARD on SH for my nasty posts on MOA. See? You got to read the fine print. MOA gave up a fortune to MOZ.  Sometimes it hears to listen to posters. Even if they are negative .  Woof
