RE:Mission LP Second land purchase

RE:Mission LP Second land purchaseUndervalue:     So this is about $64K per acre in 2017.     YOu want to believe that somehow undeveloped and un entitled large acre parcels in Mission have somehow gone up 15 times in value in 5 year to justify the company paying about $1M per acre in recent transaction for 2 parcels in 2022 fiscal year.

And that it is not a plan or scheme to remove the profits from the JV,   instead of paying dividends on the profits from the townhomes and lot sales to date to the JV partners,   which would include the MPC public Co?

And that somehow these parcels are critical to the future success of the Silverdale JV and need to be purchased in 2022,  with a cash call to the Public Co. for our share,   in order for us to be successfull in developing the remaining 1350 acres?
