Norstar, MPI is a pile of papers on someone's desk right now. MPI does not enter into this other than by name. Something much bigger is coming through. If I get details I will post them. All I know is that everything was approved at the annual shareholders meeting, very few stocks are in the float, and an internet company with a good name is going public.
