What's not to like? Low volume because it's a small REIT however, that works both ways. Being a small reit, and having a controlling shareholder means that the $0.04/month distribution will be steady... I'm thinking that this one gets take out by Morguard or is used as a vehicle to grow. Whatever does happen... 8% distribution paid monthly is great!
