Was there at St Laurent not long ago and didn't find it that bad. But yeah, the parking lot is rough in some places but it also is never full as people don't drive as much there as they do

I'm also very skeptical of low trading volume stocks. The market maker has a lot of control over prices on any given day. They have some power in manipulating prices.
