Its subsidiaries include Minco Investment Holding HK Ltd. (Minco HK), Minco Resource Limited (Minco Resources), Guangdong Changfu Mining Co. Ltd. (Changfu Minco), Minco Mining (China) Co. Ltd. (Minco China), Tibet Minco Mining Co. Ltd. (Tibet Minco), and Mingzhong Mining Co. Ltd.
