The Tesla patents are now in the public domain and it appears they might accidentally infringe on Nano's OnePot process technology (based on the rationale presented in the new The Limiting Factor videos on Nano One).  


Nano should likely comment on this today to help the market better understand what is going on.  What is crystal clear is Tesla has a cathode process, a cathode plant, the means to build anything the want, and the EVs to accept as much cathode as they can manufacture.  


Tesla is now more than ever either a very good friend to Nano or else is the greatest competitor to One Pot plants being manufactured in NA.  I remain confident an MOU is coming and Tesla will disclose their friendly intent.
