New The Limiting Factor video on Tesla Cathode Process drops
New The Limiting Factor video on Tesla Cathode Process dropsNot sure if you've seen the new The Limiting Factor video on the propriatary Tesla cathode process but suffice to say, they will not be buying cathode from L&F.
Tesla has their own patented metals-to-CAM process that coincidentally uses a single reaction vessel...hmmm....
And the Tesla cathode process incorporates coatings into the single vessel reaction....hmmm....
And the Tesla cathode process uses spray dryers and rotary kilns for calcification....hmmm....
And although Nano's OnePot process is covered extensively in the new video from the Limiting Factor, Jordan thinks that even if Tesla is "accidentally" infringing on Nano's IP, they will just go to court to fight Nano.
A pessimist might worry that Tesla used an NDA with Nano to learn all they could about manufacturing green, sustainable CAM. And then went their own way leaving Nano high and dry. Up the creek without a paddle.
But not me. I am a Nano optimistic and therefore I trust Tesla will pen an MOU with Nano to use the M2CAM and OnePot IP. Elon seems like someone you can trust especially when it comes to respect for IP.
The new The Limiting Factor video is available to the general public starting tomorrow. It has been available to subscribers for the last week.
Be forewarned that it will probably scare the bejesus out of lots of Nano One shareholders once they see what is in the video. Especially the part about the true cost comparison of the Tesla cathode process compared to the modern Chinese synthesis route.
But don't be confuesed we Nano One shareholders have nothing to worry about: Worely (an engineering company) just got an engineering contract to build a lithium refinery in Argentina for Rincon!!!!
So all is well.
