What is the money really for?

Have they actually stated that the money "will" be used to take the plant to higher production or only that it could be?

They sold the building and Dr. Campbell is now going to be working with Dr. Guy regarding patents....

Is it possible that the recent Tesla patent infringes on Nano One's patent(s) and they are filling their war chest to rty to address that? (Not that Nano One would have enough $$ for that battle but...)

...just a thought
