Sell Nano One and all IP for $3 CAD. Everybody wins.

Assuming there is a buyer out there (which is a stretch).  It would be financial malpractice if Dan got an offer for $3 and did not immediately accept.

Fingers crossed these latest partnerships with Worley and SMM are enough for someone like Tesla to make Nano an offer.  $2.25 CAD would be great but anything about that would be absolutely fantastic.  Tesla believes in aqua-hiring so most of the key staff at Nano would likely be able to stay on at Tesla to continue their academic endeavors.

The fact that nobody has attempted a hostile takeover probably speaks to the technical problems scaling and commercializing One Pot.  But the equipment and land in Burnaby and Candiac are probably worth something.  And the patents.  Maybe not worth $2.25 but sometimes buyers are willing to pay a premium to close the deal quickly.

I assume no big Chinese firms will make an offer since they probably got all the IP for free from Pulead.  No surprise that nave Nano One share the IP freelead to the Chinese…it would have likely been stolen anyhow and Nano has no money to prosecute patent infringement.

good luck to all the longs.
