Odds are early/long time investors get burnt
The fact is Nano will soon be announcing some major capital raises and likely selling more equity in the company.
These are all good and necessary corporate decisions that will benefit the company and all investors. However, those early retail investors who have waited the longest and possibly timed their entry at less than ideal share prices will suffer the most from the upcoming dilutions.
Management are issued new options annually so it does not hurt their holdings as much since the new options will make up for the great dilutions to their existing positions. But the retail investors who have spent their own money to build their current positions will bare the brunt since the dilution to their early investments will be significant and permanent.
This is the true cost of being a true believer and early investor. You get to let your early investment pave (and pay) the way for Nano's future success. I'm sure Nano management will thank you for your sacrifice.
good luck to all the longs.
