The biggest obstacle they have is unproven production.  If you're a battery manufacturer,  you need to know you have supply, as you require. Nano can't guarantee. Had they thrown caution to the wind, raised capital,  to build large enough plant, I believe they would  have caught the attention of manufacturers.
