BIDEN SHUNS AFRICA CRITICAL MINERALS = BODE WELL, CANADA ?

Tried to search out where Ivanhoe sells their plat group minerals.
Zip, zilch.... couldn't find anything.

August 3, 2023

Biden’s IRA is shutting African countries out of
supply chains for critical minerals.

https://foreignpolicy.com/2023/08/03/africa-minerals-biden-ira-green-energy-agoa/

Not much content in article.
Headline says it all.

Could this be one of the reasons several majors are reducing
their operating mines or shutting them down in, Africa ?

I've read,
Black empowerment group,
must own 30% of mine operation.
That was back in, 2018.

Since then,
i've read African mine agreements consisting of, 32% requiement.
Another i've come across ( coal ) 51% / 49%

Now, will the critical supply chain countries that have formed an alliances
vette where mineral origins from, sold to, touchdown resold  ?

Example - Miners sells cobalt out of Africa.
European Country buys xxxx tonnage.

European country brands it as it's own.
Resells on open market as own -  to be intergrated into Critical mineral alliance

If Canadian juniors were quick thinking ,
this sort of US action could benefit Canadian juniors with critical minerals.

Where's our lack ?
Panel assigned to matching resource projects with manufacturers.

What are we to do with our Wellgreen circumstance ?
- xps phase 2 ( a,b ) extraction was not the best move for, ncp.
- 2014 extraction ( bulk con ) exceeded 2023's bulk con recoveries
- easy shares were collected since 2015 forward
- loss of significant inferred / cut offs tweaked
- and many more oddities such as the shallow pits or UG mine deeper intercepts
- stock left to trade, more cheap share collection,
 - stock has reduced in price.

The irony ?
One of the best critical mineral projects in, Canada.
At least i think so, especially after researching the historical years.

One can easily see how the grades slowly reduced, tonnage reduced, shares
outstanding increased, and valuation decreased.

Yet, 2014 stats are all still there.
lol

Which is why i suggested,
Separating smaller common shareholder stock from larger % holders.
Might be only ( 200 - 250k ) shares ?  rough estimate.
= easy fix

Cheers....
