Q2

This caught my eye...

Increased Adjusted EBITDA(1) Growth Outlook: Neo reports strong financial results of $24.2 million of Adjusted EBITDA(1) for the six months ended June 30, 2024, despite the further decline in rare earth prices. Neo increased its outlook for fiscal 2024 to $45 million to $50 million of Adjusted EBITDA(1), a 20% to 35% increase over the prior year.

Anyone have thoughts on Q2? Is the dividend sustainable?

Maybe the question could be rephrased? Should the dividend be sustained? It's not like investors are bashing the door to get that dividend. Would investors be happier with a larger margin of safety as the new plants get built? Overall , hard to get excited with the ongoing shrinkage in revenues and low, if improving profitability. JMO

If the strategic review results in the sale of the company, then the dividend is inconsequential. I guess the dividend allows some institutions to purchase the stock.

True for point 1 Maybe . maybe not on Point 2. Might actually limit the appeal for some purchasers IMO. Buyouts are nice but never count on them happening.
