Share Options
In additions to the warrants mentioned in the prior post, Verde aslo has a number of share options issued and outstanding, some currently exercisable with others vesting over time (1-6 years). Most are exercisable at a share price below the current market price (from $0.40 to $0.78). Only 200,000 options are priced above current market ($1.02).
At December 31, 2019 there were 2,934,922 exercisable options out of a total of 3,738,922. of which 2,914,922 were already "in the money".
1,039,200 $0.425 warrants expire on December 10, 2024, which are the earliest to expire. Another 1,244,308 expire on Sept 24, 2028. Unless there is a distribution from the current common shares, there is little or no financial incentive for the option holders to exercise these "in-the-money" options until their expiry date.

Thanks Stanmore very informative. These NPK have no incentives it appears to exercise the warrants given their juicy options. I will only exercise my warrants if it goes more than 10% the warrant price. Not sure if it will get there unless the permit news or some other news comes their way.
