As I have seen with my own businesses anyone can bring a lawsuit for anything at any time and they can WIN. I give the suit against Verde not another thought. This company has shown that their model and plan can work. It is only a matter of time before we have new shareholders standing in line to buy a peice of the green revolution. This year I hope we see broader product adoption and if we do this company is going to leave $1.20 in the dust. GLTA

I agree with this. I remember a frivolous lawsuit filed against my father's company that resulted in a payout. The person suing was manipulative and none of the other staff liked her, but she held a lot of power in the legal proceedings. If you think Verde's performance has been poor, I suggest you check out other junior mining companies and compare profitability, margins, profitability

100% agree with your comments BCdude. On the frivolous lawsuit piece. I appreciate new posters, and I appreciate well thought contrarian views. However it's worth pointing out Simon2 created their account Jan 21 2021 and has made exactly two posts, both on the NPK board and about Ricardo Afonso de Oliveria's lawsuit.
