The third dimension
I am very surprised by some of our regular posters falling in to regular valuation talks
about or with others. A 43-101 is the gold standard in the business and something the
market and others will not accept anything less of. We have a good portion of a resource
in conglomertes that canno t be quantified. This is a complete pipe wrench to the industry
as is a Witteswaterand theory.
I always remember my university organic chemistry professor lecturing how that when a
couple of americans came up with the idea of chemical atoms interacting in a 3 dimensional
environment they were ridiculed by the foremost chemist of the time from Paris. That was
just a 150 years ago.
We will never get a fair IMHO until the market figuires out a 43-101 will never work here and
you better think outside the box on this one. IKE

"...until the market figures out a 43-101 will never work here..." Much of the retail market pays no attention to such things. That's for institutional investors and I don't think they will be paying attention in the near term. Beyond that, cash slow and all-in sustaining costs (when reported) will turn a lot of heads.
