My favorite animal the pig. Pork bellies show you the coming ketchup Inflation. Up from 50 usd in March 2020 to above 200 usd

Was not pork once referred to as "the poor man's beef"?  If that is actually so, what you suggest has broader implications for global economics.  On a personal note, it almost makes no difference to me.  Some years ago, I developed an allergy to the growth hormones found in most domestic stocks of meat.  I can only eat wild or organic meats without suffering ...more
