Not sure why you would think this stock is oversold. The only buyers these days seem to be  those trying to average down their holdings....the company employed many paid promoters to hype up the stock and used party tricks to impress newbys who knew nothing about mining and many of these unfortunates paid over $6 for their shares.. There are still quite a few of these newbies about who think the only way out is to average down...a proven recipe to loose more money,

The paid promoters are not being paid any more so have gone, the party tricks no longer look believable and the company founder has deserted the sinking ship. Oversold? If you look a little deeper you will find the compxny still doesnt have any viable projects, has a way of wasting 10s of millions on projects that noone else will touch, and still havent learned that geology and economics are things that need to be applied to potential ore deposits to determine if they are viable. And when noone wants Novo listed on their work resume it hard to find anyonevwho will work for the company.
