Karren you mentioned that you own DIR.UN and GRT.UN along with NXR.UN but you also indicated that you have some apartment REITS. Can you tell us which ones you own ? Thanks in advance

Hello Susan, yes I own three apartment reits in Canada. The first one is MRG.UN ( held its since the IPO at $10.00) the second is KMP.UN ( held it before it was even a REIT, back when it was a corp. ) The third one is ERE.UN, ( bought it when the covid scare hit the market ). Nice little REIT portfolio you got there Karren. I have owned CAR.UN for years and as you probably know ERE.UN was spun off by them. CAR.UN is the largest shareholder or ERE.UN. I also own DIR.UN and has been an amazing performer. Apratments and industrials is where its at in my opinion. GLTA !!
