Blair has been on my sh*t list for so many yrs bc he's been so bearish on pwe/obe. He is finally bullish and is buying obe shares. Blair has finally seen the light hahaha.

Justice served. He lost out because he hates SL because he like Fink. His arguments came down to emotional attacks about Management and the high debt yet somehow BNE wasn't over levered. He buys in now and maybe makes a 3 bagger while many will make a 30 bagger. Lesson from this is never get emotionally involved with a stock pro or con.

How can anybody hate SL. The dude looks like a cuddly teddy bear hahaha. All jokes aside, obe is up $3+ on bne as we speak. Bne shareholders lost out big time from Fink's pride and stupidity. They could have gotten 2 shares of obe for one of theirs. Colossal mistake on bne's part.

The important part is that SL was able to see that circumstance were changing and drop the BNE offer That may sound obvious - but it's not easy to reevaluate a strategy in which you've publicly invested time and money.   Then after reevaluating decide to do a 180.   It's a public admission to most that you were wrong.      intelligent investors will

Yeah.  No kidding.  Both OBE and BNE were poorly run.  At least OBE made some changes especially to the board and pulled themselves up from the garbage heap.  BNE has a new CEO but I don't hold my breath for miracles like simply refinancing debt to get these restrictive bankers off of shareholder's backs or selling off NE BC property that's non core for starters. I
