Insider buying

Good sign to see Obsidian's Director Edward Kernaghan bought 100,000 shares last week for his holding company Kernwood Ltd.

Great catch! This is significant for 2 reasons. First, Kernaghan bought a good amt. over $500k usd the past week. Second, only Loukas has been buying shares on the open mkt. I'm not sure if Kernaghan has ever bought as an insider. So why now? And to b frank, not sure why he's on the board. We need 1 less board member so maybe he bought to stay on? Anyways, a positive signal.

Waiting to buy until the corporate buy back started is a compelling reason  We probably won't know that OBE has started buying until they tell us how many shares they've purchased.     I suspect they started buying follow the expansion of their credit line.    At current prices I suspect they are too attractive not to be buying
