pan can protocols
So a quick question for all that I have been pondering.....If and that is a big if the definitive agreements are signed within the 90 days, then why will it most likely take up to another 6 months for the phase 3 trial to start when all the sites and patients are basically already in place.....
Is it possibly because the company thinks that it will take that long to get a partner on board and pick a ci.
I am just trying to understand better as I know that the process is completely different if you are starting new.

There will certainly be the FDA delay to get the trial protocol approuved. It could also be that PAN CAN have limited yearly budget, 30 m, if I recall. It could be that it is in their 2024 budget plan.

Finalization of agreements with the Pan Can Precision Promise team is this month (September 2023) as Kirk Look stated during the Q2 financials corporate call, unless I somehow didnt hear him correctly, which I think I did.

The operative wording is " .. by the fourth quarter of this year..". NOT " in the fourth quarter" as you posted. ,"By the fourth quarter of this year" means sometime in Q3, 2023. Kirk Look stated that would be sometime in September. 90 days fron ONCY'S June 22nd guidance statement is September 22, 2023.

ithno/dreamer/theman/whatever all the other pseudonyms you hide behind.....stop twisting reported words, finding the comma that makes you doubt, extrapolating deadlines without knowing, calling a guideline which is actually an estimate....we know what you are always trying to do, mislead people, while pretending that you are on the side of investors who believe in pela.
