Why did management decide to put out this PR? Based upon market reaction, it seems most view this as a fluff PR. To the lay person, like myself, it seemed like a nice little news release with a lot of positive info. Apparently, to the knowledgeable, it was not new news but a long winded detailed analysis again of what is possible. Not put out to educate those in the scientific arena, nor any potential suitors. So, I guess it was meant for the masses just to give support to the stock price. Bigger news has been expected and is this all we get until next year??? Again, if any kind of deal is forthcoming...why this release? Could it be that the PR was put out there to entice any big Pharma that wasn't paying close attention. Just random thoughts. IMHO

Thanks for bringing that info to light, My fluff comment, now should be ignored. Lacking in sufficient DD, I was not aware of the SABCS.  Absolutely then, the company should pound this analysis home. Your concise post reinforces my positive outlook.  I am miffed , however, as to the lack of volume to the upside today.

Hi Azzak... well, it got the nod from the FDA, and more approvals to come which was a massive deal. Of course I was dissapointed that stock sold off on the day, but I was in months ago, so am still comfortably in the money. Bluebird bio was also approved sameday for their gene editing therapy, and the stock was down 40%, so some of the CRSP downturn could have been related. Stll, the positive is

I checked and at the close today there was a bid for 2 million shares on the nasdaq at 1.30 U.S. dollars so for now someone has set the floor or just playing games with everyone. This was confirmed with a call to cibc and 20,000 lots at 100 per lot which is 2 million shares. For some reason CIBC Investors Edge shows the number of SHARES bid on NASDAQ, not lots of 100/lot.  So the actual bid is for just 20,000 shares not 2 million. I have noticed this oddity with NASDAQ bids on CIBC for several weeks now.
