I don't think this is Anson. Anson's relationship with ONC ended immediately after ONC covered Anson's short selling with the big issue of new shares at a huge discount to market. Anson made a nice effortless profit and ONC stuffed the piggy bank enough to cover exec salaries for another year. Anson might not even remember MC's name after that quick tryst. One doesnt have to look far to see Ansons action in checking the SP.

I found it hard to believe Anson has been able to walk this down this down to this level. If the company truly has something that intrigues bigger players, this would have never tanked, regardless of Anson's efforts.  I think they are being used as the newest scapegoat in this mess. My guess is that Anson does not hold a single share of ONC. I believe they shorted ONC in the six weeks leading up to the heavily discounted private placement.They used the PP to cover their short sales and they walked away from this seedy relationship with ONC forever. ONC walked away with 15 million dollars so as to continue to pay MC and his c-suite buddies for another year. The only reason

The reason the share price is tanking is because everyone now knows that MC has absolutely no scruples whatsoever. For years, we know he has been spewing BS about ONC's potential, but there are fewer and fewer people who believe him and now having made a deal with Anson his credibility has been erased to nothing. A new CEO and CFO might save this sinking ship.

A collaboration without having to speak to each other. We really do have to revisit why ONC/ONCY hooked up with Anson. Was it conveneince or desperation.
