Over 700k shares traded today

Anyone have any insight on the high volume today? Looking at the chart, volume like this hasn't happened over the past couple years or so.

The big intraday buyer was Canacord with multiple blocks between 100K and 200K plus. Usually happens before a buyout. I could be wrong. Why else would so many shares trade after the ex dividend date and on no news?

It was nice to see some good ORA volume on the TSX yesterday should help put a floor in the price this month of $12.70. would also help to see gold back over $1,750 and copper over $4.00. I doubt we have a buyout at this price unless its a very good bid over $17 a share. If ORA makes good on its forcast of over 400K/oz by 2024 over the next three years and gold stays over $1,700, I ...more

This thing over time has turned out to be quite a gem. The dividends will pay for my initial investment along with share price appreciation . Mid cap producer ... Almas and Matupa have 14 km fault and deeper deposits . Tolfarida and Nevada property are great assets as well. As long as management owns almost 65% of float , the dividends will keep coming .
