Congrats where due

I just discovered the financing announcement of last Thursday. It sure took a while but full credit to the company for at least getting it done.  I can think of other companies that are sitting motionless in the weeds, doing squat to advance their properties to production.

Lest I get too generous with my praise, this financing only serves to illustrate how totally useless and unnecessary was the giveaway financing a short year ago: 37.6 million units ( 1 sh + 1/2 wt). That outrageous "deal" (rhymes with steal) was done at 54 cents.  It was always known that there would be a substantial equity component as part of the project financing. The deal just announced at $1.05 and no warrant just rubs salt into the wound of that earllier giveaway.

I'll be watching over the next 18 months or so of construction to see if an opportunity arises. Good luck to all.
