Deferred Share Units

Does anyone know the vesting rules around the insider issued Deferred Share Units?
If converted they represent about 12% of the outstanding share count.

This is obscene that they potentially own that much of the company after the S*ite job they have done running this company.

I've obviously misunderstood how they use DSU and RSU. But management will be very fat once Orvana is taken out.
