If it is the reason, it is wholly inappropriate. Whether it is or not, I can ASSURE you that Sanchez De Lozoda family that owns Fabulosa gets updated all the time on what is happening. So it is a DOUBLE no no. ORV needs to be reminded that it is a PUBLIC company. ORV seems to be treating the controlling shareholder better than minoirty shareholders. BIG NONO.
