Obviously not mandatory. But shameful that they dont do it nonetheless. Its even worse that they dont do one and they have a 52% contorlling shareholder. I am highly confident that the Sanchez Del Lozada family gets updates on an ongoing basis. ORV seems to be rotten from the top down. Total disregard for minority shareholders. i dont mind as long as they are not diluting the stock or wasting money. good news is good news no matter if they tell us by conference or by news release. and this last quarter production was on guidance and a little above. its just that by conference call they might get more visibility with new investors.
