RE:Pollard being Unionized is not a good thing for them....Agreed - this is problematic and certainly the potential for spread. 

This is only for the Michigan plan right? not the full US operations? Looks like it's a bit under 10% of their total headcount. 

Immediate cost and benefit hits shouldn't be massive. But the potential for it to snowball is definitely there.

If the employees are unhappy enough to unionize that's also problematic and might indicate issues at other plants.
