Yes, very undervalued. With new development projects in pipeline payout ratio will fall close to 70%. Also Trump Tariffs will have minimal effect on retail reits. Also interest rates may even fall ...more

in 2025... It was terrible in 2024 compared to other years. Either insiders don't see value in buying at these prices or something is up and they may be in the process/discussions of buyout or ...more

With lower interest rates I thought this would be in the the mid 4s at least by now, will continue to hold alot of projects on the go I will enjoy my monthly collection with I have in a drip

liquidate the entire portfolio

Almost trading at half of NAV and not really done anything in years. Time to liquidate the entire portfolio and call it a day.

Unfortunately, canadian investors are poor and dumb. Almost 80% dividend and 80% payout ratio and interest rates falling. Many development projects in pipeline. Good that at least this doesn't ...more
