I bought a bunch today at 3.93. I like the fact they are anchored by a lot of Walmart locatiions. The only REIT I have right now.  The rest is in gas pipelines and tech.

Morguard REIT reported collection rates yesterday, for the last four months rent collected: Strip centres 96-98% Malls 82-85% Plaza REIT is in a great spot, just not enough investors realize it yet.

Finally broke through $3.85. There had been a big seller sitting there for awhile. Hopefully now this can move back up above $4 quick.

FFO payout ratio less than 70% Div yield 7.4% Should be trading over 5$ minimum. Anybody know the reason?

They bought back 396k shares under the NCIB in 2020 (read the annual report). The NCIB continues to be active in 2021, they just filed for Feb. Not big, but consistent.

Only for a brief period PLZ touched past $5.20 a share.  If they could get some share buybacks going, then they could raise some eyebrows from insritutional investors. The stock is off alot of ...more

Morgaurd has taken large stakes in other REITs as well, and a taken over hasn't taken place as of yet and I'm quite sure they wouldn't advertise that those REITs are good value investments ...more

1)  They have not done any share buybacks in the past year under their NCIB. (Yes the ceo has bought shares, but he is a millionaire many times over and this is not bought under NCIB. 2).  ...more

I agree it just doesn't make sence, I'm happy collecting the rent in a drip till the true value appears GLTA of us.
